This tool is designed to fit into a skimmer plug wrench to reach down to remove the light from the dreaded old style Jandy led bubbler. Lanyard will be needed if bubbler is deeper than 10 inches.

For lights covered in plaster a pick or small screwdrivers my be needed to clean the holes. Once most of the plaster is removed the socket can be tapped in with a rubber mallet. Chipping around the light is not needed.
